Modding already was announced - guess this will open up custom personalities.Making a whole new persnonality will be a lot of work obv, with all the dialogues and reactions to write, but it is certainly tempting.
When I add modding to the game, I'll do my best to make it as easy as possible for people to create their own personalities to use or share with other players.
