No, but in the "Update and banter 2", I think I remember them to state that the autor had some hardship as to how he would entertain his story with new things and that the new editor was helping him on that end. They probably had to arrange thing in a new way thanks to his arrival and take more time to improve the second parts of the story since they're practically starting it, planning a lot more things ahead than usual, hence the current slow down in the release flow.
