I am trying to get better at playing your Brektwon game (using the trainer version on csdb.dk). Is there a way to play using keyboard controls in place of a joystick? Please show me how to program keystrokes for diagonal jumping. I use Vice64 and Denise64. Thank You !!!
Of course, you can play it with the keyboard – which is significantly better than a joystick – but unfortunately, assigning a key for a diagonal jump isn't possible. I've configured the key bindings as shown in the image, but the Q, E, Y, and C keys don't work. This is because the joystick programming only supports up, down, left, and right. Frankly, Brektown's joystick programming is terrible. Without a trainer, it's practically unplayable.
