It's a bit fiddly to play and way too difficult. I know what you mean. That's why I programmed the new version: Brek'n'Bubble. You can play it on an emulator using a keyboard. Even then, the player is hard to control.
Glad you like Brek'n'Bubble! 😀

Yes, Wine has been available for everyday use on Macs since 2007. Before that, it was more for nerds with too much time on their hands. :-)

It was a bit fiddly (thanks to AI, which solved the problem in seconds :-) ) but now it works perfectly, even on Apple Silicon.

I know I'm repeating myself, but it's a great game!

Sorry! I found out it works with Steam on Linux and with Wine on MacOS. Great game!

Looks great! Is there any chance of a macOS or Linux/Ubuntu version someday?

Flying jumps aren't needed. I added flying jumps after the game was already finished. Every level can be solved without but some levels are much easier now. good luck!

look at the picture above. The wizard is on the right side. You have to set stones on the left side like on the picture that the wizard can walk out off the screen to catch the key on the right side.

I'm glad you like the game and that everything is working as it should with the updates and also on other emulators.

Stuck on level 18? What's the problem? I hope it's not too hard?

Have you ever played the Windows version?

Great! I'm glad you're showing my game in your video!

Andira ist schon auf Zack!
Danke!

Thank you so much!!!

Danke für das tolle Video! Freut mich, dass es dir gefällt!

thank you!

Thanks a lot!

Thanks for adding my game to your video! As usual a great video.

A small tip: you can also place a stone in the bottom left and bottom right corners. This is explained in the instructions. It's much easier that way, of course. 😉

Thanks! Glad you like it!

Thanks! I'm sure you'll like it!

Thank you so much! Great video!

one question: is it possible to get a native macOS version? I use it already with Wine under macOS but the support for intel based apps will stop soon on apple silicon devices. I can use other emulators but a native version would be great!

Thanks!

It's almost finished! Only hardcore game testing to do!

Thank you guys for playing my game in your video! Good job!

Habe ich gesehen! hahaha
Ich spiele auch so. Nach zig Mal spielen erkenne ich oft erst Muster oder finde Tastenbelegungen heraus...

You are right. I might change it in the next update due to a bug fix.

thanks! Glad you like it...

You have the right eye for spotting mistakes and design inconsistencies. I should hire you as a game tester. ;-)

- what counts is the disk image
- it's called "make your choice"
- yes it has and I like it and it is composed on a C64 in the late 80s
- there is a pause because the code needs to switch of the IRQ to switch off the OS to swap some GFX between RAM under the ROM between $e000 and $ffff

that's it. is there something you like as well?

?

press the button then move to left or right and hold the button pressed for a moment. release the button during the jump or still pressed if you want to make more jumps in a row. for example to move fast in long tunnels or places where a lot skulls rolling around.

Watch my gameplay in the video above. I play very fast using the jump. I prefer to play in Vice and 'allow keyset joysticks" so I play with keyboard only. Much more precise than a joystick. I play in general every C64 game with keyboard. ofc as a kid I loved the joystick but nowadays I can't imagine to play with joystick. hahaha

fixed

Soon, a new option will be available on the title screen to start from a cave that has already been explored.
I can change that place if you like.

Kann man im Devlog sehen. Womöglich wurden die Bugs gar nicht bemerkt.

Thanks for your interest! still working on it!

buy the way: I changed this part of the cave. see the devlog. you can download it again to get the new version. Thanks!

bug fixed! it happens when you pressed the fire button during demomode/highscore table/info sheet and then started the game after the game went back to title screen without choosing again the game mode.  😵‍💫

Danke für dein Video! Ganz toll vorgestellt! Der Bug ist mittlerweile behoben, aber es hat sich schon wieder eine neuer eingeschlichen!

Thanks for your video! Great video! The bug has been fixed, but a new one has already crept in!

Thanks for your feedback! I will set the default to VoS and the by pressing button you will end up at the title screen.

I’ll check the issue with completing Level 4 and will adjust it.
