Thanks for the reply.  I find :  A=Freeze spell, S=Add time, D=Invisible spell, Space=start game. 
     Using Vice x64, Keyset A for Joystick 2,   I used: 
     West=G, North=Y, East=J, South=H, Fire=Enter.
