Lol that's exactly what I thought when I started making it! Made a little more sense when I started to see the challenges associated with reimagining the game, but I think I'm striking a pretty good balance between the original gameplay and my own little thing I've started :3
By the way, I think your version numbers are off. This itch page says that the paid version is 0.03.9, while the actual paid page itself says it's 0.04.9. You should probably update that.
