It seems like there's a bug in the trust-building system. The bar goes up by one notch on the first patient healed, but it goes up by 2 on future patients, at least as far as I've seen. It might be like a 1-2-3-etc sort of thing.

Also, not necessarily a bug, but it doesn't make a lot of sense that the "Understanding of Mana" upgrade buffs the Mender's Aid's mana regen, but actually adds ingredients to the Traveler's First Aid. It does what it says on the upgrade, I'm just confused as to why.

The dialogue boxes for the girl at Kafe Keep are also broken. Instead of actually displaying dialogue, they're just tiny thin textboxes.

For the trust building system, its working as intended, it just doesn’t have the proper UI yet, you get trust points when you cure a condition or complete a request, these are the diamonds that appear right off the favor bar, and those add to your trust score. I’m still working on making the UI for it though, so I can see how it seems arbitrary

Hmm, I see. Personally, it seems weird that you'd get bonus trust for curing conditions, something that's mandatory to do to cure a patient. Making them rewards for fulfilling requests makes a lot of sense, though!

Also, I don't know if this is actually a bug, but after buying the clothed chest grope, I never had it show up as a request or condition treatment a single time. Might've just gotten unlucky, though. And speaking of conditions, I feel like it would make sense if each condition had a unique action to cure it. So, bleed would always be cured with thigh rub, for example. That would give you more of a gameplay incentive to unlock the different actions, and make the nsfw feel more tied into the gameplay itself.
