Repeated false flags for quarantine

Hello,

over the past year I have repetedly have issues with my game page https://eggplantdevelopment.itch.io/irre being incorrectly quarantined.
Even if I wait multiple weeks, the quarantine isn't lifted, instead I have to contact support every single time (this has lifted the quarantine).
I have already created mutliple tickets about this issue:
275117
288706
299126
335097
341036
356114
So in total my game already gotten manually reviewed and reindexed at least 6 times. However I have gotten no fix or further explanation about my issue.
Today, out of curiosity, I even pressed the save button on my edit game page before doing any of the changes I wanted to make (new update) and this was already enough to get my game put into quarantine.
Non of the other devs (both adult games devs and not) have experienced this issue.

It's not even like my game is small or not following the official guidelines, like I said it got manually reviewd by support multiple times.
I have over 750 followers, my game has 55 reviews sitting at 4.47 stars, it was donwloaded over 12k times and is in over 2k collections. All things that should make it easy to tell that my game is legit.

As you can imagine this is extremly frustrating and cribbling my game's further growth, especially considering that the first fews days after an update are the most critical.
So if anyone has an idea what is causing this or has any other way to help me, please, tell me.

Little Update, since my game is now quarantined, the first google result when you google "Irregular Fantasy World" is now a itch devlog/blog-post (not mine) which redirects you to a pirated uploaded of my game on a shady file sharing side.
Nice how that is allowed to stay up, yet not the actual game page.

It's not allowed to stay up, but Itch is terrible at catching those.

I once scrolled the blog post section and half of them were such scam pages. Half. And I scrolled to have 100 such blog posts.

At this point they should just remove that blog feature. It serves no legitimate purpose. Itch is not a blog post site after all. You cannot even report a blog post. And all these blogs are used for, is scam and things no one will ever read, that they could not have found by other means.

For what's it worth, I did find your game #1 on search. But that was not google. Google lists a review first and then the scam post (which is now under review).

So damn stupid.  Did you ever upload it directly to itch? I think I was able to expand my amount and try it there for the first week so I hopefully finally get some visibility.

I’ve let our admins know about your tickets.

Lots of us have been plagued by this. We get hit with a scam claim about password protected files, so none of our stuff gets seen for several weeks unless they are subscribed to us.   I've been using proton drive but that seems to trigger the auto quarantine.  I've put in preemptive tickets to let them know but they are useless and the worst of it is that I had to use a VPN to even see I had the quarantine so I went months thinking people just hated the concept of my game or something with barely any downloads.

And will this then permanently fix my issue or will I still get quarantined when I try to update my game page in the future?

I have no way of knowing.

https://ba1cjh7zj1.itch.io/loving/devlog/1351508/the-neuronauts-games1-by-the-ne... Heres another one that shows up on google but not my game.  I'm sure its a scam but mine is not. I will put in a ticket to get it de-listed, but I don't expect much at all. None of us get any visibility because of this on this site.
