Good you said that you used generative AI for the textures ; not sure you needed that, though.

Overall, your game is really not finished. I didn't go far, just past the bridge where the camera collides with the floor, and I found a strange invisible slope heading to the can machines, and when I'm "up there" and walk back to the sea, I fall down through the water into infinite nothingness.

That's too bad, because the base idea was interesting.

The duck goes very fast, and the map is vast (too vast). Really bad that you couldn't add one or two interactions.

The duck's sprite is not mirrored, which is a nice attention to details (thanks AI ?).

The controls are strange as well (and they're not given anywhere, so we have to guess). The movement is mapped on the keyboard but not on the controller.

Maybe your scope was too large ? Maybe your team was too large and you couldn't communicate smoothly ?

We definitely did have issues with the scope, and the team was mainly asset makers.. Also the sprites were all make by our members! Thanks for the advice.
