I can corroborate this issue and that the Core Power was functional in v0.7.1 of the application. I also apologize for butting in, but I thought it best to provide additional information I acquired in an existing thread concerning the issue.
The Core Power "Destruction of the Temple of the Enemies of RA" isn't gaining charges when suffering Heat nor Energy, not self-inflicted, through friendly fire, enemies, nor the environmental hazards.
I tested this with weapons that inflict Heat (Self), weapons with Overkill tag, Engineer's Prototype weapon at Ranks 1-3, the heat vents on the "Pipeline" Map, and an army of Operators and Witches. Not a single instance of Heat nor Energy resulted in the Core Power's die incrementing throughout any SitRep.
To eliminate variables, I tested the above with several Manticores:
- LL3 Manticore: Only Manticore Licenses, Weapons, and Systems. Non-Castigate.
- LL3 Manticore: Only Manticore Licenses, Weapons, and Systems. Castigate-enabled.
- LL3 Manticore: 2 Manticore Licenses, 1 Goblin License. Mixed Weapons and Systems. Non-Castigate.
- LL3 Manticore: 2 Manticore Licenses, 1 Goblin License. Mixed Weapons and Systems. Castigate-enabled.
- LL6 Manticore: 3 Manticore Licenses, 3 Vlad Licenses. Combat Drill and mixed Systems. Non-Castigate.
- LL6 Manticore: 3 Manticore Licenses, 3 Vlad Licenses. Combat Drill and mixed Systems. Castigate-enabled.
- LL6 Manticore: 3 Manticore Licenses, 3 Saladin Licenses. Paracausal Mod Thermal Lance, Enclave-Pattern Support Shield. Non-Castigate.
- LL6 Manticore: 3 Manticore Licenses, 3 Saladin Licenses. Paracausal Mod Thermal Lance, Enclave-Pattern Support Shield. Castigate-enabled.
None of the above testing resulted in the Core Power's die incrementing, sadly. Notably, Charged Exoskeleton was still proccing normally when suffering Heat 1/round at the least.
While not an exhaustive sort of testing due to not utilizing every instance of Heat from other Licenses, I hope this information helps identify the issue!
