diamonds are a good idea and can definitely be added to drop tables I think a few more gems would be good and maybe a use for them long term.
Yay! Being able to make jewelry would be cool. (And I've figured out why I expected catfish to be in the pine forest - there's no food source there (unless you count pinecones)).
