It says it was built for older android and it might not have the protections, is that something to worry about
You don't really have to worry about it, some games have that and it's just a nothing burger so just go into more option and install anyway.
Nothing to worry about! This game doesn't even connect to the Internet, and it's been around for years, so if there actually was anything malicious on it, people would have raised flags long ago.
