Do you have the last Alice Event unlocked and are in sandbox mode? There is currently a recently found bug in regards to progressing if that you are on that route with her. I recently uploaded a patch on the itchio page that fixes it. But if you are on mobile devices and are on that route in sandbox mode, I ask for patience.
