Wow! Really great story and presentation. This game was very emotional and did a great job of conveying the grief and reflection on a life lost too soon. I cry every tim. Really amazing feedback on the heartbeats, I really felt scared at the end as they got faster and then slowed down, with all the fog and tree roots glowing it really gave a sense of being in a dream like state (or coma). The particles are squares and the trees have inverted normals but it did not detract from the story in my perspective. Super!

Thank you so much for your comment, really appreciate it. It's great you mention the ending heartbeat, as I spent quite a bit of time learning how arrhythmic heart failure occurs, and the sequence that results in full failure, from the arrhythmia at the start, to the slowing-weakening beat, to the final heart flutters. So glad you enjoyed my game.
