Yes this puzzle solvable but is messy, it's a mix of the bad camera prespective and the cube's collision physics. I uploaded an improved version if you fell like giving it another go, and a solution to the full game is available here:

Thanks for the video.. I was not aware you can walk on the chain and jump to the right side. I never even thought to try that. I tried to connect the top spot.. which you can not really see, but guess at due to the sparks when the top bar moves. I tried if I can connect to it while jumping on the button.
