Thanks, yeah there's definitely bugs with the wave incrimenter and I think the z order for the map hiding NPCs that popped up when I was rushing last minute. Admittedly, I had a slightly different concept in mind with a very different mechanic, but I kind of forced myself into having to change it up last minute.
Also, I figured it might not be apparent that the "to the top" theme was supposed to be shown from the skeletons "resurfacing" out of their graves to the surface, which I could have elaborated on lol
I should be dropping the first update right after the jam's over and I should have the "real" game loop and mechanic ready by then, if you're interested to check it out!
