My Wins

  • Finding a collaborator that appreciates games the way that I do. He also fills in for skills I lack and vice versa
  • Establishing the confidence to push myself to the limit of what I know to make the best game possible

Losses

  • I should have developed the game in Unity URP instead of HDRP. Using HDRP limits the amount of people who can play the game on browsers and mobile.

I've never tried to go for a team.

I don't use much social media and work irregular hours, so I never feel like I can commit to a team.

Pushing yourself is always good, it's the best way to learn, so long as you don't reach too far.
