Yeah couldn't grab that either :( how do you get it? I threw away my pistols and couldn't.
the cursor would turn red if your close enough, and then you press the same button you use to throw the gun, and it will swap, if that isn't working, then throw your gun away, and then press the button for that hand on the item.
