While I'd certainly ENJOY the option I personally understand how much extra work already goes into the 'cis male/female' options existing, and love that we have those two options!
As a trans person I'd like it if genitals were decoupled from gender... though would prefer the term trans over f*uta since it's kind of a slur. Nonbinary options would be lovely for me and others like me specifically as well but idk how much extra work that would be
