I tried doing that but it wont let me build it

I don't know how but you must do it, like, if you can't build that structure then you're not going to be able to continue the game qwp
Did i need to make a portal in the surface?
You can't build the teleporter hub at all? Is it one of the options to build in the menu and you just can't place it?
Nvm i got it i think the first time i tried building it out in the open instead of where the 2 others are, thanks for the help btw!
