I already fixed it, the problem is because the browser has the little top section when you're not in F11 mode, the screens height is compressed, which the resolution tries to make up for in width, but then the layers and stuff get offset, I fixed it by using a certain setting inside the manage menu with 3 options for different screen widening options, and turned it off.
