It's difficult to articulate all the ways this experience made me feel, and I'm not sure I can add much to the conversation.

In lieu of explaining my feelings, I will instead say: the moment I heard the description of the cobalt belt, one of the first things on my mind was Shimeji Simulation (though, also Evangelion to be frank), and I think I was correct based on the credits; to my eye, the way in which you adapt/interpret/expand on the themes from tkmiz's work is beautiful. (To be clear, your work very distinctly has a life of it's own and much to say beyond-- I just wanted to make a passing comment on it, since it's a particular personal connection I haven't yet seen in the comments.)

YEAH. I'm so glad, really love tkmiz's work and specifically Shimeji Simulation. Haven't read many things that address the two sided drive for connection and fear inherent in it in quite the same way. Thank you for playing and I'm glad you liked it.
