That’s a very fair point.
Right now the run ends 5 seconds after the car gets destroyed, and the current leaderboard was built around those exact rules, so all existing scores were achieved under the same conditions.
But I agree that ending a run while the car still carries a lot of momentum can feel a bit abrupt. I’ll probably revisit that flow in a future patch and try to make the ending feel more natural without forcing players to sit through a long post-crash wait.
