better to simplify at first and just have the full body at first can always add animations later if it works out.
That sounds like a great idea, I’ll probably create an idle animation so they don't look static. Are there any characters you're more interested in than others? Generally speaking, I don't think I can start working on it right away, but it's something I'll keep in mind for the near future. Maybe in two or three weeks I might manage to produce a few.
