Could you tell me how you'd get it. All I know is that after getting Tori, she would randomly switch between two outfits and they both had two animations.
Well she is interested in Masie's "brother". Once the special quest is done she randomly appears in two clothings.
Oh ok, I think I get it now. It's when she sees Mason having sex and wants to join in but Regina/Ryoko stops her.
