Hint 1
This puzzle is mainly about getting the first moth out of the way. Regardless of how you are attract it, you'll end up pushing it back a bit, so try to get it to travel as far as you can with the light.
Hint 2
It might be worth revisiting Line of Sight (the first puzzle from this area). A similar method can be used to pull the moth further than you'd be able to otherwise. From there, you should be able to reach the second moth and can use a similar strategy to reach the exit.
