Next time please read the rules, because they tell you what you need to include in a post you make about contacting support. Like you already did, in fact.
Or if I’ve read the rules, and missed that part, and you know what it is…you could just help me out and say “Hey you’re missing X/Y/Z” thing, which in the case was just a ticket number? I don’t mean to be rude, it’s just a little elitist to keep referring me to the rules (3 times now) when you know what the exact rule is I’m missing.
To be direct about what I’m seeing: across both threads, the pattern has been to point at the rules without saying what’s missing, then add some snark when I push back on that. The ‘like you already did, in fact’ and the leading ellipsis on your last reply aren’t subtle. I get that you handle this question (probably a lot) and it gets tedious. But itch is positioned as a platform for small devs, and a dev’s first interaction with a mod shapes how they read the community. Not asking for anything in particular, just putting it on the thread so it’s said.
