To be direct about what I’m seeing: across both threads, the pattern has been to point at the rules without saying what’s missing, then add some snark when I push back on that. The ‘like you already did, in fact’ and the leading ellipsis on your last reply aren’t subtle. I get that you handle this question (probably a lot) and it gets tedious. But itch is positioned as a platform for small devs, and a dev’s first interaction with a mod shapes how they read the community. Not asking for anything in particular, just putting it on the thread so it’s said.

Or if I’ve read the rules, and missed that part, and you know what it is…you could just help me out and say “Hey you’re missing X/Y/Z” thing, which in the case was just a ticket number? I don’t mean to be rude, it’s just a little elitist to keep referring me to the rules (3 times now) when you know what the exact rule is I’m missing.
I’m going to repost this because my last post was archived telling me to read the rules, which I have done already. The rules say to message the mods for support on this matter, but I messaged the mods almost 2 weeks ago, and still haven’t received a response. You’re free to archive this again if you’re refusing to address my issue, but my problem is once again:
I sent a support email with no response, I have a game I posted over a month ago and still is waiting approval, or is not being indexed? It doesn’t appear in search:
