Oh damn what an intresting question. Don’t think anyone has made an official statement as I recall. I have the rules book somewhere but don’t feel like checking. If you are really interested I can try to find the book and check the flavor text, though I’m not sure if it’s in the core book or in some supplement. “This player may apply a +1 modifier to the Agility Test whenever they attempt to Dodge” - says some version of the rules. According to that I’d say they probably share the same one, the extra head enhancing their mental processing and doubling their available eyes and ears. That or maybe a partial shared consciousness, like there is a another person living inside your head but you are completely in synch with them as they are the same person basically. Definitely enough of a connection for the second head to provide additional processing power, even if its not the same consciousness. Perhaps they have separate minds with their thoughts and personalities, but they have the ability to share information between each other. Basically two individuals in the same body with the ability to sync up for increased mental faculties than they usually have on their own. In battle this is used to process and react to oncoming attacks faster, thus allowing for improved odds on dodging said attack; however, it could be used outside of battle in other ways, such as sharing feelings to double their strength... including feelings of pleasure.
Yup yup. Exactly what I thought when saying partial shared consciousness. But I think the minds would basically be clones when the mutation happens, then after, the minds would be different entities and could steer into different directions. And yeah, if there’s a shared link between their minds and they share the same body, sensory stimulus would basically double. Hehee, so fun, didn’t think much about the added head honestly but it is a really major addition.

I'm so glad to hear that you absolutely see the vision. I think it would be fun to watch them try to combine their kinks together, especially ones that initially seem at odds. It certainly could make for some interesting scenarios, like using aphrodisiacs on a voodoo doll or a harness made of tentacles.
Just going to update that I actually searched through a few porn sites to see if there was any art of using aphrodisiacs on a voodoo doll and they all turned out to have nothing, so I guess that one is an original thought.
