I tried this on my tabletop arcade with latest batocera and while all of the other games function fine, this does not work controls wise at all. On retroarch on a computer it runs fine. It may be my dragonrise joysticks. They emulate mouse for whdload then joystick. Final fight enhanced boots the same way with me having to click on the file in the window and runs fine on the tabletop. This does not at all. I switch to cd32 controller, and I can't control my character. This is only emulation with puae. The game works fine on puae  retroarch on my computer and a real amiga 1200.

It's not clear what works or not on which emuator, on real hardware.... Note that switching to CD32 while in game won't work. Controllers are detected at start and when starting a new game.

I know that. The emulator on this whdload only fails up on this particular whdload. When this is in amiga games selector 3.1 (hopefully) it will be fixed.

Maybe you have to configure the controllers as "CD32 joypad" or "gamepad". WinUAE behaves differently on gamepad: third button is active. On CD32 joypad setting, all buttons are active (I suppose that you have a punch button issue only)

Just tried final fight enhanced and no problems with the same config I use for double dragon. There are problems with it on pandory 500 paue2021 as well. Same problem as in the above post. I think the whdload might not like certain controllers. X360 pads work fine on my pc retroarch.

I just tested the game out on another windows computer with retroarch. The game does not like other controllers than X360 controllers. I think controllers without a second thumbstick error out the controls. I know AGS fixes this issue somehow. When 3.1 comes out hopefully it will include this game and fix this issue.
