There's some kind of bug with the scale in the sailor room. I try to use it with things, but it says "I do not have "Angle scale" with me." even though it's in my inventory. I look at the wheel and it says there's still a (circular) scale, but says it doesn't exist when I try to interact with it. I think I'm softlocked.
