The art is good, the characters are good (my favorite is Audrey), but the game's structure needs work.

It's been touched on, but quests are mostly you bouncing back and forth between npcs, and fetching resources. In my opinion, they could be cut down more to reduce repetitiveness, or at least condensed into longer single dialogues to save time for the player. Material fetch quests could maybe be less common but more important.

Additionally, for an adult visual novel, adult scenes are few and far between. The game would probably benefit from a pass that intersperses more adult scenes with the main characters (the teachers) throughout the main story, instead of just relegating them to individual romance story lines. Right now, if you like a main character, then you just have to hope her individual story gets updated. There should be more to see of everyone in the main story.

"I am limited by the technology of my time."

We'd love to create more art and less purely dialogue-based content, but the current structure became a compromise between the artist's and the writer's working speed. Most likely, closer to release, we'll revisit the structure once more, cutting out pointless running around, but our artist unfortunately only has two hands, cloning isn't available to mere mortals yet, and we don't want to use AI.

So yes, "one can only hope that your character gets updated." But at least we've already established the overall structure, mapped out all character development, and are gradually moving toward the finale of our first development experience.

I respect you guys for not using AI. One thing at a time, I have confidence the game will get there.

Seconded, the quests are absolutely tedious, just going back and forth. A cheap way to stretch the game play time.
