Also, I watched autoplay until the bottom of the 9th with one out, when one of the dice never settled into position. It just froze in place cocked on its edge and this softlocked the game, although background sounds continued to play :/

I'm sorry that happened to you. I'm sure I added a key for "if the dice gets hung". Maybe I forgot to document it. There are a couple timers which obviously faild to detect it. Thank you for taking the time to leave the information. I will look at it.
I didn't document it.. Hitting the "d" key will immediately re-roll the dice.
