Hi! I didn't have time to work on a guide, unfortunately, but I'll reiterate that there are *NO* bad/good endings and no wrong choices, even during the battle scenes at the end. ♥♥♥
In general, you have 3 personality routes and 2 relationship routes with Mathias. For the relationship, you can turn on the romance indicator on the game menu and choose the Heart options to get into Mathias's romance route. The others put you on his friendship route and allow you to have a fling with Mandra in chapter 2. As for the personality archetypes, there are 3, and they change your bonds with the characters, your past, etc:
Seeker (sweeter/conciliatory choices on top),
Destroyer (more combative/thorny choices in the middle),
and Ruler (more controlling/manipulative choices on the bottom)
