I might make more models in the future, haven't had the time, but those are good ideas.
I was able to get both the blend and FBX open in Blender. What version of blender are you using? I'm on the latest blender update via steam (v5.1.1)

I have made a tool that can scale the mesh based on the weights of the joint. So select the joint and scale it up or down. It can also combine multiple animations of the same model in to 1 model, edit animations frame by frame.
