So I had a look at your save, on Day 95 of that save, if you wait until Evening, Naomi should approach you for a dream walk with Rae. This should progress her story.

Progress with Lyriels story and you'll eventually find Naomi outside her room in the evening.

Hello! I really like your game. I'm stuck with the same problem somewhere around day 95. It's already day 100, but Naomi doesn't come to me with requests. She stays in her room in the evening, and when I try to interact with her, she says, "Not now." My progress with Lyriels has stalled because of this.

If you can progress any other quests, or if you have any pending dreams that are story related, try doing those first and if you're still experiencing the same issue, drop your save for me in a new comment above (easier to track) and I'll have a look into it for you.
