I watched it like a little animated cartoon and I got really curious, trying to understand what was happening all the way through.

I think I reached the moment where the insect takes the gear and the scene turns into you becoming the gear itself, it felt like I was meant to control it at that point.

There’s also a very particular atmosphere in the game. I noticed how the human characters are often shown facing away, which creates a strange and intriguing feeling, almost like something is intentionally being withheld.

Still, I really liked the mixed visual style. The music loop is very well done, and the sound design is tasty and satisfying.

One thing I really appreciated is how some sounds feel intentionally connected, like when a character types on the keyboard it uses the same sound as the insect walking around. It felt like a deliberate choice, especially since the insect becomes kind of the focus in the next moment. The keyboard sound had a nice ASMR-like PC feel to it 🙂

Overall, very interesting experience!

I spent some time to make the music fit to the the game style and create good loops. It´s nice to hear someone recognizing it!

When the bug steals the gear, you move on to the next part of the game, where you can play (controls and more are in the description on the game page), so you understood everything correctly :).

It's nice to hear the comparison to the animated cartoon, and also that you're interested in the idea, we put a lot of effort into making it atmospheric and interconnected - that means a lot!
