Agree with everything except the part of making it mandatory just for the implication of the goverment forcing people to do it (pregnacy is beautiful but the right to reject it should still be there), as for the pass maybe it could be added that it's to prevent men with more... dubious intentions from taking advantage of the program, take the pass as the a-ok after agencies investigate prospective adoptive parents

Ehhhh, that's reaching r*pe territory. I agree with the beauty of pregnancy, far more enjoyable when it's mutually consenual though. Both sides of the coin should feel the excitement of having a child, y'know? It just ain't fun feeling that your efforts are going to become a burden on someone else's behalf (with said someone doing much more work than you would.)
