You got it wrong. Tomori is a shy girl. To boost her confidence her friend gives her a little makeover and invites her to an orgy as you can see in the image.
Misaki tricks her into selling her house to buy a cheap private island (which doesn't exist and he ran away outside of the country with all her money). Misaki is Misae in Universe zero. Mizuki is just some random boy in the orgy.
A little information for Magic Ring, if you manage to change Taichi's mom in that game, he will not be born. You will see Tomori replacing him and Chihiro. Those two girls in the image will also began to spawn. Tomori and Masuo will be close friend. Now whether they in a relationship will completely depend on when you do that mother changing quest.
Also you will learn a bit about Taichi's past through Tomori's pendrive. All events matches how they happened with Taichi. At least before the ghost hunting part.

I’m also still kinda confused about the whole different universe concept, like Masuo having 5 versions and the others too, how does that even work? and they can change their fate from universe zero, like what?? You once explained a little about the cardinal directions, but that's a big question mark for us, ahhaahah.. If my question is too crucial, there is no need to answer it.

I think you are referring to the zombie girl in older version. She was made into zombie after touching a biohazardous liquid that contained enhanced version of same virus that other zombie has. I was gonna make a game where you play as that girl and try to infect people. Since it's scrapped she was replaced with Rose dressed as a zombie.
