I think you are referring to the zombie girl in older version. She was made into zombie after touching a biohazardous liquid that contained enhanced version of same virus that other zombie has. I was gonna make a game where you play as that girl and try to infect people. Since it's scrapped she was replaced with Rose dressed as a zombie.
