The rest of the art came from asset packs (or individually) which are detailed in the description, I did the level design and level blocking arrangement of 3D art and some animation

Madclown just disqualified you because you had submitted to multiple game jams. Rule 13. "Make something for this jam and this jam only. You must fully dedicate yourself to the fecalfunny." The other day when I checked and reached out I only saw your game submitted to FrenJam 2, but now it appears it was submitted to PSX Story Jam and $5K GameName Game Jam. If I had seen that the other day I would have disqualified you without asking. Sorry about that.
