When I seek to be inspired to have fun while making games, I look to Joel's fan's creations.

You could submit this (within a day) to https://itch.io/jam/godot-wild-jam-92 since the theme overlaps quite coincidentally. I felt the premise was really cute and funny from the intro cutscene!
I had trouble with the keyboard controls, would it be possible to make the bottom inventory scrollable with mousewheel where you can drop and pick up items with the mouse buttons?
Thanks for playing!! Around half of the development time was spent doing level geometry and hunting for assets, I'll probably stick with MeshInstances + generate static body child and Trenchbroom if I were to make a future map + now I have a huge bank of assets. I enjoy it when people experience my weird games that subvert expectations :)
Nice touch making it so you can't control the wheelchair while aiming/shooting! It's quite metaphorical to arm yourself in wheelchair so to speak :)
The shader composition of the cold open cutscene got me excited to play more.
The grime, grit, and blood of the environment is very compelling. I wonder why the dead patients sprout legs and start chasing the player? If you wanted to lean into the survival horror aspects, you could add vision LOS cone so you would have a harder time seeing what might be lurking in the shadows. Tho ur game is 3D maybe this page could give you some inspiration if you want to further develop the game.
Tank controls are perfect for a wheelchair and I'm curious to learn more about the setting of this mysterious hospital hell realm. One small note, there is a spot by this door at the beginning where you can get stuck.

For some reason, the trigger doesn't seem to always happen. Maybe movement should be locked as well and the player should be teleported to a fixed position while doing the CAPTCHA. (also it goes on for too long and then ur hit with the startle jumpscare)
I also ran into a bug where if you go into the vents before the voice lines finish playing (when the monster enters) it'll respawn you and then you are following behind the monster as it crawls through the vents, despite that I was able to finish the game
Reminds me of the early Mike Klubnika games where you collect things and then the story advances
A mouse crosshair is VERY MUCH needed
From what I can see it looks like you used an AI video tool to generate animations and then you added a text interface to manage the scene transitions
It's almost there but still has an uncanny valley feeling to it, which in the setting of horror fits
The transitions between scenes were smooth
What would be really interesting is if you generated 3D (rigged) models and procedurally generated the animations.
How do you get the 1st ending?
Short and sweet! I know someone with OCD who constantly double checks things.
I felt suspense when I left the bathroom and the visuals started playing tricks on me.
I felt some frustration when I died to the monster (for not pressing space enough times at the door) and had to redo all of the tasks to get to that point again.

First time making a horror game, would love some feedback on how the different sections had you feeling!
