This was such a nice comment to read, thank you. I'm really glad you enjoyed the flowers, visitors, and the matchmaking system. We had a lot of fun with Finus Omnipotus, and fun fact, that's one of the few flowers I came up with myself. My wife then brought it to life with the art, animations, and dialogue, so that one being called out specifically got a laugh out of me. She put a ton into the art and animation overall, so she'd be really happy to hear all of that too.

And yeah, I think that's fair on the shop stuff. The speed upgrades probably could have been cut. The flower refresh used to have a bit more purpose too, since earlier on we had 8 shared traits total, and there were a lot more cases where flowers just wouldn't have matches. But after playtesting, we cut it down because it was happening too often. The two traits that got removed were gym and pina colada haha. You're definitely right though, the refresh probably could've lived somewhere else outside the shop, like on a little wooden sign in the middle of the board or something.
