On level 13, after almost finishing I jumped my blue dude up to the top left and he just disappeared!
Hmm I'm guessing the platform went solid at the wrong time and somehow pushed you to the left. I wasn't able to reproduce this one but I can adjust the platform code if other players run into the same problem.
