I am reinstalling Quest Game Tuner after a few months. I follow the install procedure, but when it gets to activation, I enter the 6-characters code and it says it couldn't validate. The code is correct, the one that appears in the URL sent to me. Thank you.

Activation failed

Make sure you entered the code correctly, and try again.

If you continue to have issues, leave a message on this support page. You can also choose to skip activation.

Try skipping activation on the online installer. You'll get an option to enter the code on the headset when you open the app.

When you enter the code on the headset, it will either work, or give you a more specific message.

Let me know what it says.
