Wow, thank you so much for the lovely feedback! I’m really sorry you had to spam‑click — and you’re absolutely right about the hover on interactive areas. I didn’t manage to implement it, even though I wanted to improve object interaction a bit. In the end I focused on reaching the ending I had planned, even if that meant leaving some parts a little bare.  

I hope you’ll feel like coming back to finish it and see how the story develops. After the jam I’ll update the game, fix some bugs, and improve the clicking/interaction flow.
