Skimming "Conversion Guide Adapting a Scenario.pdf", I see that the page breaks are a bit weird, sometimes cutting lines of text in the middle. Also, it looks like the CoC stress conversion table didn't translate properly.
Sometimes the MD export to pdf gets wonky. I've just exported the sections from the Deluxe Edition instead and made a proper pdf for it. I'll update it now!
