I'm so grateful that you took the time to write such a detailed and constructive critique. I'll definitely keep that in mind for updates after the game jam ends. From the beginning, I had planned much more. Anna's part would have been longer, divided into chapters with much more content about the real events, but because I started so late, I didn't have the chance to add as much as I wanted. Also, in the end, I chose to make the ending closer to the real-life version, where the killer didn't leave any time for escape, thought, or flight. He had a taste for terrorizing his victims but didn't allow for any escapes. He was a ruthless beast, devoid of emotion at the time of the crimes. That's something I also tried to convey with his emotionless dialogue and his frivolous and macabre actions, making him seem more like a wild animal than a human. Oh, and the thing about the houses was definitely due to time constraints; I wanted to change it, but I barely managed to finish the game, hahaha.

its fine your game was the most fun to play so far (for me)
