I believe Itchio also does this for games that aren't indexed yet. In other words, the dev is a new account, made a game and released it, and it has yet to be verified and added to the search results. Which causes the same message to appear.
Usually a good idea to wait until it disappears, or run a trillion virus/malware scans after downloading/launching it.
