It felt like a glimpse to a much larger story in the best way possible. I loved how Nipparad was running away from becoming a monster like the people she used to work with/for and encounters a different kind of monster in the mutants who were chasing after her.
I also enjoyed Waylorn and how he contrasts Nipparad by facing these kinds of monsters head on instead of playing nice like how Nipparad used to. I also enjoy my westerns and this was scratching that itch very well!
